  • 640+ — HTML entries

Who is our client?

GE Healthcare is a global medical technology and diagnostics company with more than a century of experience supporting healthcare providers. Its international operations and broad product portfolio create an ongoing need for technical information that is accurate, consistent and easy to use across markets.

What was the challenge?

GE Healthcare needed to localize a technical manual for an international e-commerce program in 32 languages, with the complete project scheduled for delivery in just one week.

The source package contained more than 640 HTML entries and required additional engineering work inside MadCap Flare. Beyond translation, the team had to protect terminology accuracy, maintain the document structure and deliver reliable outputs in both HTML and PDF.

The content also needed to read naturally as product guidance in every target market while retaining the precision expected from medical and technical documentation.

What was our solution?

Textsprime designed a parallel production workflow that brought localization specialists, subject-matter experts and engineers together from the start. Each language team included three native SMEs and followed a structured translation, editing and proofreading process.

At the same time, the engineering team developed a project-specific MadCap Flare workflow to handle the HTML content efficiently, preserve formatting and prepare both required output formats. Centralized coordination, terminology control and staged quality checks helped the teams work concurrently without compromising consistency.

What were the results?

The coordinated workflow enabled the multilingual manual package to move through translation, engineering and quality review within the required one-week schedule. GE Healthcare received localized content for 32 languages, covering more than 640 HTML entries and prepared for delivery in both HTML and PDF formats.
