  • 23,000 — Words localized per language

  • 2 — Product platforms

  • 2 — Technical onboarding sessions

  • Full LQA — Web and mobile user journeys

Who is our client?

PowerTrade is a mobile-first platform for crypto options, futures and other digital-asset derivatives. Built by technologists and cryptocurrency specialists, the company focuses on fast execution, clear product experiences and practical support for active traders.

As the platform prepared to serve Japanese- and Korean-speaking users, it needed its web app, mobile app, system messages and marketing content localized with the accuracy expected in fintech.

What was the challenge?

This was PowerTrade’s first localization program, so there was no translation memory, glossary or style guide to provide a starting point. Linguists needed experience in financial services and customer support as well as working knowledge of blockchain, decentralized finance and derivatives trading.

The client also had to choose between exporting JSON files and allowing work directly inside its CMS. Whichever route was selected, the team needed to preserve product functionality, maintain terminology and identify interface issues that could interrupt the trading journey.

What was our solution?

Textsprime created a project glossary, translation memory and language-specific style guidance before full production began. The client chose a direct CMS workflow to shorten time to market, supported by two onboarding sessions in which its technical team demonstrated the platform and account structure.

A shared query sheet allowed linguists, project managers and client stakeholders to resolve terminology questions in real time. After Japanese and Korean localization was completed, LQA specialists tested both web and mobile experiences in context, including simulated purchase flows, and checked fonts, overflow, overlap and other display risks.

What were the results?

The Japanese and Korean versions were delivered on schedule and put into active use across PowerTrade’s web and mobile applications. The combined localization and LQA workflow gave the client release-ready content and removed interface issues before launch.

Clear communication between the language, technical and client teams helped PowerTrade move into both markets efficiently while establishing reusable language assets for future updates.
