  • 3M+ — Words translated for a major financial data client

  • 24/7 — Dedicated team availability

  • 15+ — Languages represented across the portfolio

Who is our client?

This portfolio brings together multilingual work delivered for recognized organizations across financial services, audit, advisory, publishing and online trading. Clients represented in the source material include S&P Global, Deloitte, McKinsey & Company, KPMG, Forbes, TOP1 Markets, PowerTrade and MyForexFunds.

The assignments ranged from listed-company reports and audit materials to investment analysis, financial product articles, websites, apps and recorded content. Each program required language expertise matched with a strong understanding of regulated, data-sensitive subject matter.

What was the challenge?

Financial content combines demanding terminology with strict confidentiality and frequently compressed schedules. One S&P Global workflow reached as many as 90,000 Chinese-to-English words per month, while peak periods could require 150 to 200 files to be delivered within 24 hours.

Other projects introduced a wide mix of source formats, language pairs and content types, including non-editable PDFs, presentations, XML, InDesign, spreadsheets, audio, contracts, balance sheets and market reports. The central challenge was to maintain accuracy and consistency while scaling resources quickly across time zones.

What was our solution?

Textsprime organized dedicated finance-focused language teams and aligned translators, editors, proofreaders and transcription specialists with each client’s terminology and delivery requirements. Secure workflows and non-disclosure agreements protected sensitive documents throughout production.

For high-volume programs, project managers maintained round-the-clock coverage, balanced work across qualified linguists and used translation technology to control terminology and repeated content. Every assignment followed a structured review process tailored to the document type, target audience and required turnaround.

What were the results?

The portfolio demonstrates sustained delivery at scale. The S&P Global program surpassed three million translated words and 150 hours of transcription, while Deloitte-related work exceeded 620,000 words. McKinsey assignments reached more than 2.5 million words, and KPMG workflows supported output of up to 10,000 words per day.

By combining specialist resources with flexible production capacity, Textsprime helped clients keep multilingual financial content moving without sacrificing confidentiality, usability or consistency.
