Who is our client?

Sandugo is an outdoor sports brand expanding its retail presence across international markets. To support product promotion and sales, the company needed product documents, manuals, brochures, video subtitles and scripts prepared for European audiences.

The program covered German, Spanish, Italian, Swedish and Polish, with localized content expected to preserve the energetic tone of the brand as well as the practical accuracy of its product information.

What was the challenge?

Sports-focused product manuals and promotional videos contain specialized terminology, action-driven messaging and competitive scenes. The client needed linguists who understood both language and the context of ball sports and sporting events.

Some video files arrived without source-language scripts, requiring transcription before translation. Other MP4 files contained embedded fonts that could not be edited directly, creating subtitle timing and display problems that had to be solved manually.

What was our solution?

Textsprime built a team of native translators with sports-domain experience for all five languages. When scripts were unavailable, the team transcribed the source audio, prepared SRT files and then completed translation, editing and senior proofreading.

Video engineers reviewed the timeline frame by frame, corrected timing differences and adjusted subtitle placement so the localized versions displayed properly. Quality control involved the project manager, account team and production specialists before final delivery.

What were the results?

Sandugo received accurate multilingual documents, subtitles and scripts that retained the tone of the original brand and were ready for international marketing use. The client was satisfied with the quality and selected Textsprime as a long-term localization partner.

Ongoing maintenance of terminology and reusable project assets reduced translation costs by approximately 40% over the course of the relationship.
