Who is our client?

The client is a global live-streaming platform serving millions of users with real-time interactive content. Its international reach and high production standards make brand consistency essential across every market.

To improve product understanding and user engagement, the company commissioned localization of a Dutch promotional video for English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Italian audiences.

What was the challenge?

The localized videos had to preserve the original message while sounding natural in five markets. Translation quality was only one part of the assignment: subtitles also needed accurate timing, readable placement and seamless synchronization with the visuals.

A tight release schedule required rapid coordination among translators, subtitlers, engineers and reviewers without weakening cultural adaptation or technical quality.

What was our solution?

Textsprime managed the project through a centralized cloud workflow with real-time status visibility for all stakeholders. Linguists and multimedia specialists were selected according to language, subject expertise and technical experience.

Source files were analyzed before production, and a project glossary and style guide established consistent decisions. Each language moved through translation, linguistic review, cultural review and technical checks. Engineers then completed subtitle timing and multimedia formatting before delivering final SRT assets.

What were the results?

The five-language package was delivered within 48 hours. The coordinated workflow reduced turnaround time by 40% compared with the referenced industry benchmark and achieved first-pass acceptance across all localized content.

Streamlined communication reduced coordination costs by 30%, while flexible resource allocation improved team productivity by 50%. The client gained a repeatable multimedia localization model for future global campaigns.
